About us

We are Jamie and Nick, owners of Press’em Bake House. Before Press’em, we owned a very popular Asian restaurant right here in Brisbane and worked in numerous hotels and hospitality venues. Combined, we have over 30 years of experience in the Food and Hospitality industry. We have now pivoted, wanting to expand our reach and horizons by bringing baking products we very passionate about to the Oceania and Asia area.

Our Baked Treats

We spent a couple of years in Korea, learning and testing our recipes. Now , we want introduce a new style of cookie to the Australian market.

Our signature sand cookies are named this way because when you cut them down the middle they look a bit like a sandwich. With a crumbly butter based shell in different flavors, mixed with an assortment of fillings, we want you to enjoy the unique flavor combinations that Korean culture is known for.
